| Terms: Physical damage discovered upon initial inspection. Must be reported with in 24 hours of receipt. Damaged or Lost goods warranty is Void if Customer declines Shipping Insurance. |

| What will CDR International will not warranty: |

| • Improper use of Equipment. |
| • Improper Installation. (See manufactures guidelines.) |
| • Natural and Un-Natural Power Surges or Weather Damaged Equipment. |
| • Un Insured lost or damaged in shipping equipment. |
| • Alteration or Modification to Equipment. |

| CDR International warranty terms are equal of the Manufacture. So what the Manufacture will not warranty neither will CDR International. |
